André regularly advises foreign companies investing in or establishing Canadian ventures and helps structure\, negotiate and implement a variety of complex commercial contracts involving the development\, licensing and acquisition of intellectual property and technology. \nSahil Chopra\, Associate\, Emerging and High Growth Companies \n​Sahil is an associate in our Emerging and High Growth Companies group. His practice focuses on startups and high growth companies throughout their lifecycle. \n​Sahil routinely advises clients on mergers and acquisitions\, venture financings\, formation and corporate structuring\, corporate finance and securities\, and general corporate and commercial matters. During his time at Osler\, Sahil completed a secondment to Shopify\, working in the Shopify Ventures group (formerly\, Shopify Acceleration). Sahil also completed a secondment to Osler’s New York office.
