VentureLabs Company Spraywerx Technologies Joins Pratt & Whitney Canada’s TEAME Project to Advance Gas Turbine Materials and Coating Technology

Spraywerx Technologies Inc. announces that it will collaborate with Pratt & Whitney Canada on the
Turbine Engine Advanced Materials for Efficiency (TEAME) project, which is supported by Canada’s
Initiative for Sustainable Aviation Technology (INSAT). Pratt & Whitney is an RTX (NYSE:RTX)
business.


This collaboration will leverage Spraywerx’s pioneering ID-Nova coating technology to enhance
thermal efficiency, reduce fuel consumption, and lower emissions in next-generation aircraft
engines.


Pratt & Whitney Canada will lead the overall project, providing technical direction and project
management, while Spraywerx will deploy its advanced thermal spray coating systems and expertise
in both internal and external surface applications.
The project will also utilize the world-class materials testing capabilities of Derivation Research
Laboratory (DRL), in Ottawa, Ontario.
