Vancouver Tech Journal editor Kate Wilson recently wrote, “InBC is one of the most extensive investment vehicles the province has seen.” A $500 million strategic investment fund, it has the mandate to invest in opportunities – companies and venture funds – where there is both measurable social impact and financial outcomes.

In December, InBC made investments in three B.C.-based funds: Evok Innovations, Raven Indigenous Capital Partners, and Yaletown Partners. And more recently, the organization shared that companies seeking to raise a Series A round or greater can begin to submit information on its website starting April 11.
