The Homevalley Global Entrepreneurs Competition in 2023 is now officially underway, calling for outstanding entrepreneurial projects worldwide.

Gathering elite investment institutions and seasoned evaluators, the competition aims to identify and support exceptional projects, offering entrepreneurial assistance in the form of competition prizes, investment prospects, resource integration, and the opportunity to qualify for the Global Finals of the Shanghai Yangpu Entrepreneurship Star Contest in China.

2. Competition Tracks:

Artificial Intelligence, New Consumption, Life and Health, Green Low Carbon, Creative Design.

Phase One:

In the Homevalley 2023 Global Entrepreneurs Competition, we bring together professional investment institutions and expert evaluators. Exceptional projects will be selected from the participating entries to receive entrepreneurial support, including competition prizes, investment opportunities, and resource integration.

4. Registration and Project Submission:

Deadline for registration and project submission: November 26th, 2023

Participants can register via the official application link, upload business plans, and ensure the accuracy and validity of the registration information.

5. Eligibility:

• The competition targets projects from the seed to the pre-Series B stage.
• Participants should be the main founders of the declared project and either the largest shareholder or the largest individual shareholder.
• Participants from China/Other Countries – should have obtained a degree overseas or have studied, worked, or started a business abroad for at least one year.

Competition Format:

After the registration deadline, the competition organizing committee will conduct a qualification review of the submitted materials and select eligible projects to participate in the Canadian regional competition (online + offline roadshows).

Phase Two:

7. Qualification for Global Finals:

Ten outstanding projects from Homevalley 2023 Global Entrepreneurs Competition will advance to the global finals – the “Shanghai Yangpu Entrepreneurship Star Competition”, where winning projects will be selected by the investors’ final evaluation.

9. Global Finals Awards for the “Shanghai Yangpu Entrepreneurship Star Competition” :

• Entrepreneurship Star Award: Competition Prize of 10,000 CAD, additional 400,000 CAD upon establishment in Yangpu
• Innovation Excellence Award: Competition Prize of 6,000 CAD, additional 200,000 CAD upon establishment in Yangpu
• Emerging Entrepreneur Award: Competition Prize of 4,000 CAD, additional 100,000 CAD upon establishment in Yangpu
• Merit Award: Prize of 2,000 CAD
