We are pleased to host the 24th Annual Life Sciences BC Awards presented by Farris ceremony in person once again after two years of virtual celebrations. For the first time ever, we will be offering TWO distinct options for experiencing this signature event – similar to past years we will have the main Awards Gala room, and new this year, we’re also offering an Awards Networking and Viewing Reception!

Gala Overview:

The well-known and highly esteemed Awards gala will be held in the main ballroom on the 3rd floor of the Vancouver Convention Centre West. Ticket holders for the main gala will enjoy a three-course plated meal and an optional glass of wine as they watch the awards ceremony live from their guest tables. Join in the celebration as award winners and other featured guests seated nearby are called to stage.

Gala guests will be able to network before and after the event, and during breaks, in the shared foyer with other gala ticket holders, as well as Networking and Viewing Reception guests.

Please note that ticket availability is not guaranteed. You will be notified by the LSBC team if a ticket becomes available.

Networking and Viewing Reception Overview:

The Networking and Viewing Reception will be held in a space located next to the main gala room, set with a variety of cocktail tables and theatre-style seating, and will offer an array of stationed food options instead of a sit-down dinner. The ceremony will be streamed live onto large, flat-screen TVs in the reception room. Enjoy this more casual, networking-focused environment with other ticket holders, allowing you to enjoy the ceremonial, as well as social aspects, of the Awards event.

Networking and Viewing Reception guests will be able to network with Gala ticket holders before and after the event, and during breaks, in the shared foyer, and with other Networking Reception ticket holders throughout!

Note: Networking and Viewing Reception attendees will not have access to the main gala room where the ceremony will take place in-person. Ticket holders to the Networking Reception can also sign up to the gala waitlist and will be offered to switch ticket types should any become available.
