The excitement of meeting investors is often followed by a bit of anxiety about what the next steps are and what it means. Handling this awkward phase with grace and confidence requires a basic understanding of the investor’s process.

The hybrid event is a follow up to the Raising Capital webinar series to guide companies through the next steps. The series was designed to explain the WHO, WHAT, WHEN and HOW of the capital raising process.

In both the online and in-person event, we will review all the steps in capital raising and discuss the typical challenges faced in the latter stages of the process.

Additionally, in-person workshop participants will be able to participate in roundtable discussions on problem solving in the investor follow up stage of capital raising in addition to some networking opportunities. This includes experts holding 1:1 meetings with select companies between 1:00 – 3:00 PM after the event.
