John Seminerio, SFU VentureLabs (Moderator)
John is a serial entrepreneur, company advisor, and angel investor. He is currently the Board Chair of Fusion Genomics, and Board Member of Netskrt Systems. John is also an Advisor to the Board of A&K Robotics, Vidigami USA Inc. He co-founded PHEMI Systems, OctigaBay Systems, and was the CEO at Abatis Systems, which was acquired in one of Canada’s largest acquisitions by Redback Networks . John is also an Executive in Residence at SFU VentureLabs.
Kirk Hamilton, Western Universities Technology Innovation Fund (WUTIF)
Kirk is an angel investor, CEO growth coach, and a senior executive with 35 years proven results as a business profitability builder. He is on the board of WUTIF and known for his breadth of experience in marketing, financing, and operations, along with strong analytical abilities.
Thealzel Lee, E-Fund Angel Investment Fund
Thealzel is an entrepreneur and angel investor. She is a founder and president of the E-Fund Angel Investment Fund, and she co-hosts the Vancouver chapter of the Keiretsu Forum. She co-manages the VANTEC Angel Network and is a senior partner with management consulting firm Rocket Builders, where she provides advice on marketing strategy and commercialization.

Julie McGill is Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator with a stellar track record of financial management, business leadership and community involvement. Julie joined Fulmer & Company as partner in 2016 to help entrepreneurs of small and mid-sized companies scale their businesses and strategically navigate the world of corporate finance.
Robert Orr, Life360 Innovations
Robert Orr is the President, CEO and Chair of Life360, an early-stage health tech company that has successfully raised capital. He is a seasoned corporate development strategist with 20+ years of public practice and executive experience. Prior to his current role, he was CFO and VP business development of a TSX listed mining company.
