Sweat Equity: Building Inclusive Teams
Community building has become a cornerstone of developing businesses and brands in the modern era. Consumer brands are increasingly engaging with and investing into the communities that feed their business.
Now more than ever, great companies understand that their consumers expect their favourite brands to be engaged in inclusion and diversity. To continue to grow and enhance a brand, business leaders must develop an understanding of the communities and cultures that they are aiming to serve and how to make sure all customers and employees feel valued and represented.
Join us in a discussion about what the next generation of community-led businesses will look like and how new perspectives are shaping the way we create companies.
