She co-founded Blume, a venture backed self care company that has raised $4m. Blume exists to bash taboos and stigmas through safe and effective products. Her interests include destigmatizing periods and acne, spirituality, entrepreneurship and psychology. Before founding Blume, Taran practiced law and has carried her health advocacy into the CPG and start up world. She now catalyzes her desire to create impact through Blume’s sustainable, organic products and real talk education. Taran now shapes Blume’s long term vision, strategy and narrative to support the next generation of informed, thriving and confident young people.
Bunny Ghatora – COO & Co-Founder, Blume

Katie Wilson – CEO, BelliWelli
Katie Wilson, former celebrity matchmaker and current IBS-sufferer, spent years struggling with gut health and discomfort. Recognizing the need for more delicious, low-FODMAP, gut-friendly snacks that can be eaten anytime and anywhere Katie and her husband Nick created BelliWelli, one of the only low-FODMAP, gluten-free, vegan, gut-friendly snacks on the market. Katie’s mission is to educate people on the importance of a healthy gut and provide people with a delicious snack that can be enjoyed by anyone – anytime…anywhere
Matt Crocker – Technical Developer, lululemon
Matthew Crocker is Technical Developer on Performance Knits & Advanced Concepts. In this role he works on lululemons future state projects and harnessing industry firsts for lululemon. ‘Oh Shit Moments’ as we like to call them.
Prior to lululemon, Matthew began his career working in Tayloring on Saville Row in London with renowned Taylor Gieves and Hawkes, overseeing the military arm of the business serving heads of state, celebrities and senior military personnel. After leaving Savile Row, Matthew worked for cycling brand Rapha, bringing together his knowledge in fine tailoring with the technical apparel of cycling. A passionate cyclist, you can find Matt absolutely ripping around the roads or gravel paths of Vancouver.

Marlon Thompson, Founder + CEO, Future Capital
Marlon Thompson is an angel investor, startup founder and experienced advocate for diversity in business. He has spent the past 4 years creating pathways to success for underrepresented leaders in the startup ecosystem. He has developed and led diversity initiatives that support founders and investors for the likes of Hootsuite Media, and Highline Beta. He also serves on the Advisory Council for Diversity at lululemon. Thompson founded Future Capital in 2020 to change the landscape of startup investing across North America.
