The COVID-19 pandemic has changed and challenged how we operate businesses. For early-stage entrepreneurs, it is an especially difficult and stressful time. We want to help businesses in the SFU community find innovative solutions and become resilient.

In this webinar, Adel Gamar, co-founder and chief executive officer of the Gamar Leadership Group will speak about adaptive leadership tools that can help entrepreneurs adapt to challenging environments, implement systemic change, and build resilience.

The webinar includes a 15-minute presentation followed by a 40-minute Q&A period.

Adel Gamar

Adel Gamar is CEO and Co-Founder of Gamar Leadership Group Ltd., a boutique firm specializing in adaptive leadership, organizational strategy and change management. He is driven to forge effective collaborations among business, government and non-profit sectors while creating lasting and impactful solutions. Over the course of his career, Adel has advised senior leaders of Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations and governments worldwide. He served as Education Specialist at UNESCO and Policy Fellow at Harvard Law School. While at Harvard, Adel taught adaptive leadership and negotiation. He also co-facilitated the Think Tank on Global Education: Empowering Global Citizens.
Adel holds an MPA from Harvard and a B.Ed. from the University of Calgary. He currently serves on the boards of Douglas College (Vice-Chair) and Boston-based Knovva Academy.
