Words from Past Attendees:
“Thank you to Volition for hosting a really phenomenal pitch event and bringing us in as a sponsor. In my experience, there isn’t too much room to make a pitch event completely unique but this event really stuck out as an especially welcoming and valuable event for everyone attending. The stage of the startups ranged widely and Melanie did a fantastic job of creating an environment for pitchers, sponsors, panelists, and attendees to feel comfortable and participate equally.” – Techstars Amsterdam, Women’s Pitch Night Sponsor
“I was surprised because I felt very relaxed at the Women’s Pitch Night. It was a smaller, intimate group, not hundreds of people, so I found it was really nice. Also, I liked that it was all women, it was less intimidating than other pitch events I’ve done. The organizers and the panelists were very welcoming and I actually found out I knew already one of the panelists, so it was nice to see a familiar face there too. “ – Elissa Grohne, Women’s Pitch Night Pitcher
“I really enjoyed the event and found it incredibly useful. I was actually pitching for my non-profit again on Saturday and won an award which includes a cash prize for the organisation, and I think the feedback I got from the Volition event was really instrumental in helping me improve my pitch for that. So thank you!!” – Women’s Pitch Night Amsterdam Pitcher
“Wednesday night was the first Pitch night I have attended; I didn’t know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Each person that got up to give their pitch was met with fantastic feedback from a supportive panel – I’m sure everyone in the audience went away having learned something too. Definitely looking forward to the next Pitch Night!” – Samantha Crane, Women’s Pitch Night Attendee
