Join us for Innovator Exchange: A Conversation About Shaping B.C.’s Innovation Economy

​Council of Canadian Innovators, in partnership with PwC and support from Acetech, are bringing leaders from across the innovation ecosystem for a timely discussion on the latest policy developments shaping Canada’s technology sector and what this means for B.C. innovators. This session will provide an overview of emerging policy changes in Ottawa and what they mean for scaling companies based in B.C.

​Daniel Perry, Director of Federal Affairs at the Council of Canadian Innovators, will share insights on recent federal policy announcements, upcoming consultations, and key opportunities innovators should be watching in the months ahead. The discussion will explore how these policy shifts may influence access to capital and customers, and the broader environment for Canadian technology companies.

​Michelle Brownlee, PacifiCan’s Vice President, Policy and Communications will be joining the discussion sharing how PacifiCan is working with B.C. innovators to grow key sectors and dual-use technologies.
