EDI’s Business Case and the Diversity Assessment Tool
On February 13, we hosted the first of three online sessions of the “Dive in Deeper: Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion” web series. In our first session, “EDI’s Business Case and the Diversity Assessment Tool (DAT)”, we discovered the strategic business case for embracing diversity and gained hands-on experience with the Diversity Assessment Tool.
We invited our speakers to lead a thoughtful discussion and interactive Q&A session about how the DAT application can support your company in implementing best practices and creating a welcoming and productive workplace. This exclusive web series was hosted by SFU VentureLabs, in collaboration with the Diversity Institute.
