VentureLabs Perago company, ThisFish, is a software and artificial intelligence company whose mission is to improve the profitability and sustainability of the seafood industry through better data. 

ThisFish saw the large growth potential in Japan’s agritech sector, and after three years in the market, signed a deal with a Japanese firm. 

“We’ve entered many markets around the world, and Japan is one of the toughest to enter for sure,” said Eric Enno Tamm, co-founder and CEO of ThisFish.

Japan is one of the largest seafood markets and producers in the world, and with ThisFish’s technology, they will be able to upgrade and digitize their food quality control systems.
