Anuj Sayal’s journey to founding ADGTech began with a passion for marketing and a drive to build something of his own. “I’ve always had the entrepreneurial bug,” he shares. After spending 15 years in the international marketing industry and launching his own agency, Anuj went on to build several ventures. “Some gave me valuable lessons, while some of my ventures succeeded,” he recalls, and ultimately, ADGTech was born.

Today, ADGTech operates across Canada, the U.S., India, and Europe, delivering AI-powered solutions that help businesses scale and adapt to rapid technological change. With projects under its belt from multi-million dollar ventures and even the World Bank, ADGTech has come a long way from its agency roots.

ADGTech has launched multiple AI-powered products, including the Learning Management System (LMS) with extensive AI capabilities. doesn’t incorporate AI, it risks becoming obsolete,” Anuj adds, “Our team is doing a

With the upsides of AI integration, comes its challenges. For ADGTech, one of the biggest challenges has been market adoption. Businesses and institutions are often hesitant to embrace new AI technologies, and government adoption cycles tend to move slowly, something that, as Anuj points out, “can impact cash flow for a bootstrap company like ours.”

Beyond market adoption, Anuj notes the ethical considerations that come with building AI tools. “AI can be both revolutionary and concerning,” he shares. “We’ve seen how data privacy, algorithmic bias, and over-reliance on automation can become real risks.”

Anuj shares how important it is to be part of a strong community, stating that as you are able to learn from others, you are able to share experiences and avoid common mistakes.

Anuj envisions the future of ADGTech as being a global leader in AI-driven solutions, highlighting a Website Ranking Tool and Brand Monitoring Solution. The Brand Monitoring tool ‘CheckBrand’ – provides deeper insights beyond standard analytics, helping brands understand how sentiment around their brand is evolving. It gathers digital data and delivers real-time brand performance analysis. “The products we are building and developing are actually solving problems,” Anuj shares. 

With AI continuing to evolve rapidly—“every six months,” Anuj notes—the company is committed to staying ahead of the curve. From ChatGPT to the emergence of tools like DeepSeek, ADGTech is staying on top of the latest innovations to keep moving forward.
