VentureLabs alumni, Semios, named Canada’s Sustainability Changemaker

VentureLabs alumni company, Semios is one of 10 companies announced as a Sustainability Changemaker in Sustainable Development Technology Canada’s (SDTC) inaugural list. This new initiative recognizes companies with outstanding growth and a track record of delivering sustainability and economic benefits to Canada. Companies must meet five rigorous evaluation criteria including, more than $10M annual revenues, having a global footprint, and more.

Vancouver-based Semios is a precision agriculture company. Their all-in-one Crop Management Platform for high value crops provides farmers with actionable information to increase yields, manage diseases, and more. They leverage more than 500M data points to measure climate, soil moisture, insect and disease activity daily.
